This 1.4MW solar array, one of the largest rooftop installations in Westchester County, sits on 2.2-acres of rooftop at iPark Hudson and generates over 1.2MW of power, which is sold to the grid (ConEdison of New York). These 3,700 solar panels provide the primary tenants Westchester County and Kawasaki Rail Car with green energy.

LOCATION iPark Hudson’s unparalleled location provides convenient access to two commuter train lines—Metro North and Amtrak— Westchester County’s Bee-Line Bus System, the NY State Thruway and two major parkways—the Cross County and the Saw Mill River Parkway. The commute to midtown Manhattan is a mere 18 minutes by express train and under 30 minutes by car.
